[12/365] Another shot from my garden, my dad got me outside the house when he saw the lighting and prompted me to experiment and play around with some techniques - it turned out to be pretty sound advise since I got a few good shots out of it. Although I am not too happy with this shot because of all the detail to the bottom right - if anyone has suggestions on cropping go ahead...
[11/365] Prompted by a lessening level of light, I went into my garden and took a few snaps. Capturing the sun off the ornaments, flowers and plants proved pretty fun and I took a variety of shots from different angles with different compositions before finally deciding to work on this shot. It reminds me of cereal adverts when they waffle about their golden wheat...

[10/365] Another shot from some experimenting I did the other day. Working on the overall composition - the position of the guitar, Vox amp, wires and position of the lead - was fun. I wanted to move towards a more purple and vintage tone to this shot and took a different path with my post-processing to my other shot. Anyway, enjoy my lead...
[9/365] I was experimenting with aperture and manual focus, two aspects which I've never considered too much with my own work. I think the resultant few shots came out well, so I'll post one up today and another tomorrow. But for now, enjoy the lead of my electric guitar.
[8/365] A shot of my art project which I did last year. We worked on an A2-sized wooden board which we first coated in a layer of newspaper and glue before drawing, adding magazine cuttings, sticking photos on and creating. All in all it was a great project and the final result was pretty slick...
