Well, I have to think about releasing this one, and had actually got it ready a while back. But I this was another generally epic photo from Photography Heaven. I made several layers of the same image and broke the 1st and 2nd layers into three parts - the foreground, middle and background - I then desaturated the first layer, and then used Curves, and Blending Options to make the copied layers "overlay" over the first layer.
