Check out the larger version here. Hey everyone, for my 52 weeks of progress for this week I thought I would explore the idea of an identity board. I actually did one of these a while back for an art project - but I thought I t would be a great idea for one of my weeks. The one above was what I had made previously and it had taken sometime as I had added to it every art class, the ones below were done on Saturday.

Identity Board - an exploration of one's self - and putting it down on paper (or a board)

Well that is one way of putting it, but for my project I simply got a load of magazines - mainly Shortlist - and cut & paste the parts which I desired. The result of the first composition was this:

The second one, was so-so, and was a collage of a REISS advert and a NOKIA advert:

I believe that this has been the best week so far, having been a great way of expressing myself - I would also like to tell others to try it out - just grab a bag of mags and smash 'em together. So..Voila.
