Acquiring knowledge of our surroundings is key. An orienteering exercise occurred on the second day of my CCF trip. Although it turned into what was more like a Biology trip, it was a great experience.

For the last week I've been on a Combined Cadet Force (CCF) trip. Although it primarily involved military activities especially in the last three days, the first activity involved a walk around the area - basically sightseeing but manipulated to incorporate CCF factor...somehow.

Looking back through the recent photography posts, the trend is lakes. Personally I don't want that specific subject to dominate my collection, so after this one I'll try to post with more variation.
