Hey guys, keeping with the trend set by so many others undergoing this challenge, I think it would be nice to have a reflection article about the last two weeks, from "an outside perspective". So first up the gig...
The gig was mind-blowingly immense, and we sent out a real rock attitude doing songs, which we decided as a band, demonstrated the talents of our band and did not take into account the audience apart from lyrics. Knockin' On Heaven's Door was simply too good a song. Californication was also simply amazing, and a style of music which we had not approached before - the final response was great.
The next project which I undertook was to create a spoof/random song, which I completed along with some members of the band. The response to that was also interesting with the website's audience expanding gradually.
So I would like to thank all those who listened to the song, which you can still listen to here. However next week's undertaking will be much grander, I wish to work on my personal project Bookel - a site for writers to publish there work online and gain experience, improve and hopefully work towards the big time. So next week I will put up a a simple version of the site with a couple of stories from some outstanding writers locally in London.
